My international experience with identity strategies includes brand management, image development and cutting edge graphic design. For 9 years I worked as art director at Marschallin+Sachs, a New York based communications firm. Before that I was an art director for a trade publications group in New York and marketing manager for Africa’s largest film festival.
I hold a degree in Information Design from the University of Pretoria’s School for Art and Art History, South Africa’s most prestigious design school, and have received my MFA in photo, video and media from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. My short film, David+Jonathan was included in festivals in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Madrid, Paris and Berlin. I have presented a solo show in New York of my photography and have also participated in numerous group shows in the United States, Africa, and Europe.
